Welcome to stories about my bicycling adventures throughout the past several years with Rob Drugan, my husband, best friend, and favorite cycling companion for almost 40 years.

In 2019 Rob and I set out on a year-long bicycle adventure circumnavigating the lower 48 United States, with occasional forays into Canada. We were several days out of Tallahassee when we decided that it would no longer be safe to continue as the Covid19 pandemic was beginning to rage out of control throughout the United States. We bicycled directly to Orlando, threw our bikes into a rental van and drove home to New Hampshire. We hope to go back to Florida in the not-too-distant future and pick up where we left off. As Rob says, "We have unfinished business."

Our present adventure is taking us on a thousand-mile loop from Philadelphia to Pittsburgh via Adventure Cycling routes, then to Washington, D.C., via the Allegheny Gap and C&O Canal, then back to Philly with an Adventure Cycling map as our guide once again.

I am publishing posts as I am able to download photos and write the stories to go with them. These posts are not up to date. To follow us on an almost daily basis, check out the Daily Log page.

You can sign up to receive published posts by submitting your email on the right-hand side.
